At Raah Creationz, we believe some of the most meaningful pieces are the ones created with you in mind.

Our Personalized Orders service allows you to add a special personal touch to select products and designs. Whether you would like to add a name, initials, meaningful word, special phrase, date, or another personal detail, we can work with you to create something that feels uniquely yours.

Because every personalized request is different, all personalized orders are handled manually and require approval before payment. We review your request, discuss the details with you, confirm what can be created, and provide the final pricing before you place your order.

How It Works

1. Submit Your Personalization Request

Start by filling out the request form below. Tell us what product you are interested in and what you would like personalized.

You can include details such as:

  • Name or initials

  • Words or phrases

  • Dates

  • Preferred font or lettering style

  • Preferred color

  • Placement of the personalization

  • Design preferences

  • Special instructions

  • Inspiration or reference images

Don't worry if you aren't sure about every detail. You can simply explain your idea, and we'll work with you to determine what options are available.

2. We'll Review Your Request

Once your request is submitted, we'll carefully review it and determine whether the requested personalization can be completed for the product or design you've selected.

Personalization availability may vary depending on the product, design, material, size, printing method, and type of customization requested.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that the personalization can be completed.

If we need additional information or have questions about your request, we'll contact you.

3. We'll Confirm the Details With You

Before you make any payment, we'll work with you to confirm the important details of your personalized order.

This may include:

  • Exact spelling

  • Names or initials

  • Dates

  • Wording

  • Font or lettering style

  • Color

  • Placement

  • Product selection

  • Any additional customization

Please carefully review all information before giving your final approval.

4. We'll Confirm Your Price

Once we have finalized the details of your request, we'll confirm the total price with you.

Personalized pricing may vary depending on the product and customization requested.

No payment is required when you initially submit your request.

5. Receive Your Payment Link

After your request, personalization details, availability, and pricing have been confirmed, we'll provide you with a payment link for your order.

Please do not send payment before your personalized order has been approved and a payment link has been provided by Raah Creationz.

6. Your Order Goes Into Production

Once payment has been received, we'll begin processing your personalized order using the details that were approved by you.

Because your item is being created specifically according to your request, changes may not be possible once production has started.

What Can Be Personalized?

Personalization options depend on the product and design, but may include:

Not every product is eligible for every type of personalization.

If you're unsure whether your idea is possible, submit a request and we'll let you know.

Have an Idea but Don't Know Exactly What You Want?

That's okay!

You don't need to have every detail figured out before submitting your request. Simply tell us what you're envisioning and we'll work through the details with you.

For example:

"I'd like to add my daughter's name to the bottom of this design."

"I'd like to personalize this as a wedding gift with the couple's names and wedding date."

"I'd like to add our family name, but I'm not sure which font or placement would look best."

You can also provide an inspiration image to help us understand your vision.

Please note: Inspiration images are for reference only and do not guarantee that an identical design can be created.

Before You Submit Your Request

Please provide as much information as possible so we can properly review your request.

If applicable, have the following ready:

  • Product name or product you're interested in

  • Exact spelling of names or wording

  • Dates or initials

  • Preferred colors

  • Preferred font or style

  • Preferred placement

  • Inspiration or reference images

  • Any additional instructions

Your personalization will be created using the information you provide and approve.

Please carefully check names, spelling, dates, initials, and wording before giving your final approval.

Raah Creationz is not responsible for customer-provided information that was submitted or approved incorrectly.

Personalized Order Policy

Because personalized orders are created specifically for each customer, all personalized orders are final sale.

No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds

Personalized orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once payment has been made.

This includes orders personalized with:

  • Names

  • Initials

  • Dates

  • Words or phrases

  • Custom colors

  • Custom fonts

  • Custom placement

  • Other customer-requested modifications

Please make sure all personalization details are correct before approving your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your personalized order arrives damaged or the finished item does not match the personalization that you approved, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and an unboxing video so we can review the issue.

Issues caused by damage during delivery or an error made by Raah Creationz will be reviewed individually.
